What Does This CT Scan Of Pelvis And Abdomen Indicate?

Hello I had a CT of pelvis abdomen completed the results showed the stomach is noted to be distended with orally contrast. Bladder wall diffusely thickened . Subtle eccentric mucosal thickening in the rectum. They recommended me to have a sigmoidoscopy . Differential includes under distension of the rectum versus rectal mass. Any idea what this could be?
