What Does This CT Scan Of The Brain Mean?

My Friends CT scan suggests " Few arachnoid calcifications seen in the high parietal region. Focal calcification ( 100HU) seen in left cerebellar lobe without peri-lesional edema - suggestive of healed granuloma " pls advise what is this. Many thanks.
