General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It simply said you have chest infection and it has spread in near by surroundings [fluid around the lungs]. It is now severe, you need I/V anti-microbials and multi-vitamins and need hospitalization. These can recover in 14 -15 days of treatment. Take healthy diet, fruits, vegetables and salads. Drink 7-8 glass of water a day. Do some pranayama, it can relieve psychological stress during this time. Sleep for 7-8 hrs. Listen to sleep music.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
