General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, calcified granuloma brain may be secondary to underlying chronic inflammatory reaction at arachnoid granulations absorbing the cerebrospinal fluid most likely. The headache sounds secondary to intracranial pressure changes most likely.

Primary assessment with blood pressure, eye sight and complete sensory and motor pathway is mandatory to guide further.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
