What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

I have a 2 cm mass on right and 2.4 cm mass on left that appears to be lymph nodes but CT said this multiple subpathologic sized lymph nodes with a submandibular region and along the posterior cervical triangles. Deviation of the septum and slight prominence of the supraclavical fat identified without discrete lesion. I took antibiotics for 10 days but they are still there, painless but worrisome. HELP

Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns...
In my opinion you should not be worried about it. These are too Small to he characterized. It is very important to correlate it in context of proper history and examination. Meet ENT surgeon for proper assessment.
Hope it helps
