What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

Hi. I have question my daughter had CT scan done. She have go shunt .the report says the paranasal sinuses and mastoids are clear .calvarium is intact except for shunt catheter entering from right occipital approach.the shunt catheter tip is situated near the midline.ventricular system is patent without evidence of midline shift extra axial fluid collection or acute hemorrhage .How can problem be corrected?
