What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

the visualized paranasal sinuses,mastoids & orbits are intact.IMPRESSION:ENCEPHALOMALACIC CHANGE INVOLVING THE RIGHT HIGH FRONTAL LOBE WID EX~VACUO DILATATION OF THE RIGHT LATERAL VENTRICLE LIKELY DUE TO PREVIOUS HEMORRHAGE.this is the ct scan result of my friend is it life threatening ?is she has tumor?

There is no mention of tumor in this CT scan report. However there is residual brain damage from previous brain bleed described as encephalomalacia.

Cases like your friends can recover significantly but the recovery time varies from patient to patient.
