General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The Mucoperiosteal thickening in both ethmoid sinuses means there is chronic sinusitis present. Then scalp hematoma means there is contusion blood collection bellow scalp. There is no fractured skull or bleeding in the brain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
