hi.. i had CT Scan yesterday and it is showing two pleural based homogenous soft tissue opacities of about 44.7 mm *18.3 mm in posterior and lateral basal segment & 55.5 mm *26 mm in posterior &medial basal segment right lower lobe & one small soft tissue opacity of about 12.3 mm * 3.9 mm in superior segment of left lower lobe but there is no calcification or lucent area seen in masses, no hilar lymphadenopathy, no pleural effusion thickening or calcification. what could be the cause actually few months back i was suffering with lung infection.
According to the chest CT these are nodules that several causes may cause them.It is hard to say without see the CT images by myself.Talk with a pulmonologist to evaluate you closely.
Regards
Dr.Jolanda
