I would like to ask some questions:
1. Is there any headache?
2. Is there vision problem?
3. Is there any vomiting?
I would also like to give a couple of tests:
1. Head CT
2. EEG
3. Complete Blood test
4. Quantification of Alpha-feto-protein, carcinoembryonic antigen.
I would like to start these medications:
1. Azithromycin
2. Amozicillin
If there is body ache or fever, take paracetamol when needed.
