What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

In my CT scan I was detected 1.small well defined hypotenuse lesion in right middle lobe.no significant change for last four months. 2.mild septal thickening with para septal emphysema and bronchiectasis changes in both lungs. What it indicates and treatment, I have to take. Please kindly let me know.

Hello,

You have lung degenerative disease as emphysema in which lung respiratory passages balloon out. Stop smoking altogether. You need drug as etiophylline theophylline. You may start deep breathing exercises.
