General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
As per your description you are having a clinical condition called nasal polyp. It is a harmless condition characterized by mucosal outgrowth from your sinuses. You also have a deviated nasal septum(DNS).
These are generally harmless conditions, but can cause recurrent episodes of rhinitis and nasal blockage.
Various treatment options are available depending upon the severity of the disease.,but surgery is the definitive treatment.
I will list the different treatment options, you have to consult an ENT specialist to decide your plan of treatment.
1.Steroid nasal sprays can be uses as an initial line of management. It will help to shrink the polypoid growth.
2.Antihistamines like cetrezine and nasal decongestants provide symptomatic relief, but complete cure is not possible.
3.Surgery is the treatment of choice.Nowadays endoscopic approach is preferred
You can try the following measures to prevent development of symptoms:-
1.Do steam inhalation twice a day.
2.Avoid smoke and dust,quit smoking.
3.Keep your indoors humidified.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.
Dr.Shinas Hussain
