What Does This CT Scan Report Indicate?

hi, i wanna ask something. i have done do CT, the finding is the left frontal sinus and right mastoid air cell are smaller compared to the right. the left mastoid air cells appear more sclerotic. Nasal septum is deviated to the left. i have history of OMC. but now lately i always having facial ache, and headache. what i have to do now

Thanks for writing in.

Te CT scan shows hyponeumatization of sinus air cells in frontal sinus and the mastoid on left side. This should not cause much of symptoms unless there is blockage of secretions. The OMC (osteomeatal complex) can cause occasional headaches. Nasal septum deviation of mild degree is left untreated. Please discuss your report with your ENT surgeon.
