The rest of the visualized paranasal sinuses appear normal. There is no other signigicant muscle thickening. Left half of frontfrontal sinus is hypopneumatized. Bilateral maxillary ostium and infundibulum are blocked. Right side fronto nasal recess is also blocked. The nasal septum is deviated to the left side. Left side bony nasal septal spur is seen. There is hypertrophy of bilateral inferior amd middle turbinates. Lamina papyracea and cribriform plate are intact. What do I do to ease her problem? What does this report mean? Please help

Hi,
You have severe sinus infection can lead to abscess formation this causes all the problems. Mostly it follows recurrent allergic rhinitis. In today's condition you need a deep physical assessment along with investigations to know severity of the problem followed by specific medicinal management and then treatment of sinuses involvement surgical if needed. Please consult an ENT surgeon.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
