What Does This CT Scan Report Of Bone Indicate?

My grandma's age is 60+. She got an inflammation in her left arm. We took a CT Scan and the repor is

1.Mild Mucosal Thichening in right frontal, bilateral ethmoidal, bilateral maxillary and sphenoidal sinuses.

2. Left mastoid bone is sclerosed.

3. Chronic lacunar infarcts in anterior limb of right, anterior and posterior limb of left internal capsule.

4.Age related cerebral cortical atropy.

i dont want her to suffer any pain. doctor suggested not to use the hand plz suggest a remady
