What does this mean CT scan brain There is mineralization along the globus pallidus bilaterally. Other tha. That one acute intrcranial process or other abnormalities. Problem: memory deficit. Short term, hypo thyroid, age 44. Sjogrens Syndrome, thyroid mid line and solid nodule found yet then they say can t find. Mystery, Abdominal CT Liver: low density area seen in liver adjacent to the falciform ligament Gallbladder: absent Spleen: normal Pancreas: normal Kidneys: normal Adrenal glands: normal GI Tract: normal Course and Caliber Lymph nodes: non enlarged Vessels: mild aortic atherosclerotic disease seen Peritoneum: no free gas Uterus: absent, bladder normal, Lumbar spine series Impression: subtle facet disease is noted at L4-S1 and appears stable Blood Work: Positive ANA Schleroderma Pronote-LC Homogeneous pattern 1.160 DNA (SLE high) Sm. RNP, SCL-70, SLE, MCTD Scleroderma, Sjogrens anti-SSB 250 Complement C4 Alli know is....this has been going on since Aug 2007 Gotten worse. Blood work says yes ANA and No ANA and I don t understand. Drs say it s SICCA / Sjogrens More concerned about my balance and memory than anything. Don t understand it. Only see a rhumatologist and primary. Should I see someone else?
