Welcome to Health care magic.
1.The report suggest there is presence of multiple hypo echoic lesions in the liver.
2.There is no IHBR - intra-hepatic biliary radicals are in normal - not increased.
3.There are enlarged lymph nodes noted in the pancreatic region - seen in case of any infection / inflammation or malignancy.
4.At this moment of kidney functions are normal - get a tri-phasic abdomen CT done, it will help in evaluation of the lesion and characterisation of it.
5.After that an FNAC / BIOPDY - fine needle aspiration cytology / BOPSY for definitive diagnosis.
6.I suspect hepatic malignancy at this point - followup with the liver lesion suggested. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
