What Does This CT Scan Report Of Lumbar Spine Signify?

My mother suffering from mild degenerative changes in dorso lumbar spine.disc bulge ligamentum flavum hypertrophic facet degeneration at L4-5 level causing thecal sac indentation with narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses right left.posterior annular tear with poostero central disc protrusion at L5-S1 level causing effacement of fat ventro medical to both S1 nerve root.mild diffuse disc bulge at L3-4 level causing thecal sac indentation.
