What Does This CT Scan Report Of Spine Specify?

straighening of the normal cervical lordosis. left convex scolisis in upper thoracic spine.unremarkable craniocerival junction. congenitally fairly narrow cerival spinal cord diamension, the AP diameter of the spinal canal measures 7mm at c6/c7 and 8mm from c3 to c6. from c3 to t1 there are moderate degeneration charges with marginal osteophytes, irregular endplates, disc dehydration, broad-based disc bulges uncovertebral hypertrophy and facet degeneration, resulting in encroachment upon the anterior subarachnoid space without significant spinal cord compromise.at c7/t1 small focal central disc protrusion is indenting the dural sac. please could you tell me inlayman terms what it all means please. thanks

Basically you have a lot of spinal arthritis in your neck along with a herniated,rupture disc
None of this seems surgical to me but I would have you seen by an orthopedic or neurosurgeon
