What Does This CT Scan Report Specify?

I just received my Head CT Scan results:( 1). minimal cerebellar tonsillar ectopia with cerebellar tonsils extending 3 mm. (2.) Paranasa sinuses demonstrate opacification of the left sphenoid sinus , consistent of sinus disease. (3.) benign pineal gland calcifications are present. My Dr. requested this CT Scan because I have been suffering with debilitating pain behind and around left ear for 2 years that radiated down back of left neck and into left shoulder, I have also noticed vision, memory and hearing changes over the last 6 months. I have also recently suffered with pain in center of chest that follows with pain down left arm and lingering pain under left shoulder blade that has been going own for approximately 2 months, every couple of days and feels like I m having a heart attack. My blood pressure has also been high my last 2 doctor visits (not normal for me). I waited so long to go to doctor about the head pain because I didn t have insurance and at first thought it was just due to sinus problems. But it has increasingly gotten worse over time and has become unbearable.
