What Does This CT Scan Report Specify?

My mother, 84-year old female gas Chest CT to check if the 2-cm solitary nodule in her liver (segment VIII) has metastesized to other parts of her body, Result of the CT : subsegmental atelectasis versus fibrosis, right moddle and both lower lobes. Heterogenously enhancing right thyroid gland. Ultrasound correlation is suggested.

Hello,

According to the chest CT it is not a serious problem of the lungs just a fibrosis or an atelectasis which are benign things. I don't see something to worry about. in it and they are not related to malignant problems.
