What Does This CT Scan Result For Abdominal Pain Post Whipple Surgery Indicate?

My husband had whipple surgery almost two years ago. At present he is experiencing pain in his upper abdomen at touch and slightly lower pain in left abdomen at touch. He is presently on medical marijuana but gaining no weight. He is having nausea and vomiting at times. CT scan indicates 5mm low attenuation lesion involving the pole cortex of the kidney and unremarkable evidence of hydronephrosis. Please advise
