What Does This CT Scan Result For Uterus Indicate?
What does 2 x 1.2x2.1 complex cyst on left ovary with a heterogeneous echotexture within the uterus with no focal mass and nabothian cyst within the cerivix mean and will that prevent pregnancy? I am 44 years old and got pregnant naturally 2 years ago with no problems.

what your having is known as ovarian cyst. please report whether you are having any symptoms like pain, nausea or vomiting.
if no symptoms are there then you don't need to worry much. please start with oral contraceptive pills. and take them for 1 month. then get an abdominal ultrasound and please share your report.
normally it won't cause any problems with pregnancy in case the size of the cyst does not increase in size.
