What Does This CT Urography Report Indicate?
Hii..my son is 6 years old and having left kidney mild to modrate hydronephrosis with dilatedpelvis .possibility of puj obstruction may be considered. Advise cT urography. Right kidney shows prominent pelvis. Ap diameter of left renal pelvis is 11.9mm

First, this is not something serious or critical and this is kidney disorder cause by obstruction of urine flow. In most case this is caused by vesicureteral reflux and in this case it doesnt require any specific therapy. in severe cases it can be treated with endoscopic interventions or less common surgery.
