I NEED A CARDIOLOGIST TO TELL ME WHAT DOES MY ELECTROCARDIOGRAM THAT I JUST GOT THIS MORNING MEANS, MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN IT IS BAD AND NEEDED TO SEE ONE AND HAVE ANOTHER EXAM DONE: SINUS RHYTHM, PREMATURE VENTRICULAR COMPLEXES, PREMATURE VENTRICULAR COMPEXES OR PREMATURE SUPRAVENTRICULAR COMPLEXES WITH ABERRANT VENTRICULAR CONDUCTION, POSSIBLE SEPTAL INFARCT, QS IN V1 V2, LOW QRS VOLTAGE IN PRECORDIAL LEADS, BORDERLINE ECG.

Hi. Ecg should always be correlated with clinical findings. You have not provided clinical history. In your ecg u have multiple premature complexes. These complex can be present normally. If they are multiple frequent and symptomatic then they require treatment like beta blocker etc. You should undergo echo to rule ischemia. Hope this is helpful. Take care.
