What Does This ECG Report Indicate?

I m 71 and in good physical shape but have been feeling very light-headed for an number of months. I went to the doctor today and had an abnormal ECG with a moderate right-precordial repolarization disturbance secondary to rbbb. Do you see any possible relationship between being light-headed and the report?
