What Does This ECG Report Indicate?

Doctor, I had an echocardiogram and it should left ventricular ejection is 60-65%, Grade 2 diastolic sysfunction, mild left ventricular hypertrophy, left atrium is severely dialated, there is a trace amount of mitral regurgitation, mild mitral annular calcification. a physiologic amount of pulmonary insufficiency is present and also protein in urine of 276....what does this mean? I also have sarcoidisis and wonder if this is related.

Yes this could be sarcoidosis related

Your 2D ECHO report suggest you are having some sort of cardiac problem which you have to take care and get done regular check up
