What Does This ECG Report Of A Child Specify?

My 13 year old son has had trouble with his breathing since the day he was born but he had a ecg done and the preson that it it said it look as he has a enlarge heart and it showed vent rate 66 bpm pr interval 106ms qrs duration 88ms brt 8 61 49 qt qtc 378 396ms

The pulse rate (vent rate) is normal , the range is 60 to 100, so a value of 66 is fine.

The pr interval is slightly below normal but the qrs duration is fine.

If he is having shortness of breath or other difficulties breathing, he should be assessed by a cardiologist especially if there is a history of enlarged heart.

He would likely need an echo to take a look at the function of the heart. This would assess if it is working well.
