Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, the report indicates that some areas of heart muscles are not getting adequate blood supply or oxygen and are under strain or may need cardiologist intervention to improve the perfusion. Echocardiogram and Angiography may be needed or a thalium scan may be helpful to confirm that. Medical management or per cutaneous angiography may be needed with stent placement if blockage is severe.
