What Does This ECG Report Signify?

Hi, my mum has had an ecg just done, it says. Warning: one or more spikes Ectopic atrial rhythm Inferior infarct QS in II III aVF moderate inferior repolarization disturbance secondary to infarct Negative T in aVF With negative T in II III Abnormal ECG Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the EKG is suggestive of infarction then it is better to get done the coronary angiography to confirm it and if found some lesion in artery then it may need stent hope this information helps.
