What Does This ECG Report Suggest?

Hello sir ! Hope you are doing great ! Today i did my ECG . I am 44 male with 5 ft 8 in , 65 Kgs. I have lot of hair in my chest . The electrode were coming out while carrying out the ECG. Hello,

Usually hairy chest does not show up effects over the EKG readings if the leads are in proper position. But, if the leads are repeatedly falling off, the consistency of the EKG report is questionable, and I would request a repeat EKG with hair shaving and proper fitting of leads to get a bias free report.
