What Does This ECG Test Result Indicate?

Hello, my concern is the following, I have a grandson of 17 years old, that started to feel pain in the chest and he says hard pain, so yesterday he did a ECG test, and somewhere in that test I read probable left atrial enlargement and it s a borderline ECG , so I went to google what that means and I m very worried about that, he still keeps having pain so now and then.Please can you help me telling me what must be the next step.he is youg, skinny, more than 6 tall, vegetarian,please tell me what s next to help him.

Regarding your grandson experience with severe central chest pain with an ECG report that demonstrate left Atrial enlargement I will suggest let him do an echo cardiography to rule out the possibility of a valvular heart disease

Hence let him see a cardiologist specialist with the results and for expect clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile let him take Tablet Tylenol for the chest pain pending his appointment
