My ECG under unconfirmed report Borderline left axis devation [QRS AXIS -20],Voltage criteria for LVH[ MEET CRITERIA IN ONE OF:[R(aVL),S(V1),R(V5),R(V5/V6)+S(V1)],Vent rate:78bpm,PR int: 181ms,QRS dur: 84ms,QT/QTc:341/374ms,P-R-T axes:24-24-3.Please explain the ecg thank you

This ECG report suggests that your heart’s one ventricle is a big dilated may be because of strain of long term uncontrolled blood pressures. I would suggest you to get a BP record and consult your cardiologist.
