What Does This ECHO Report Mean?

Echo report says insufficient tricuspid regurgitation jet precludes accurate estimation of pulmonary artery systolic pressure. 39 year old female, with recent palpitations, heart rate 108, symptoms of chest tightness and heaviness, not overweight, active.

I really appreciate your concern, clinical symptoms are more important one if this is absent then no need to worry about this, still your age and gender would be matter of concern here, if this the congenital heart disease then this may need surgery hope this helps take care and have a nice day
