Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The report is suggestive of right bundle branch conduction abnormalities. These are usually age related change and not suggestive of any emergency condition especially if there are no symptoms. If possible please upload the ECG for better interpretation and opinion.

So don't worry about it. However, you should get yourself evaluated from nearby cardiologist once to rule out other causes. You should one echo done and one stress test like stress thallium.

Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Take Care
