What Does This EKG Test Result Indicate?
The EKG results in my annual physical (age: 63+ yrs) reported right bundle branch block and left anterior fascicular block. My physician assures me it s benign and has asked that I merely be sensitive ato any symptoms of complete blockage (i.e. feeling fatigue, dizziness/fainting). Otherwise, I am classified as being extraordinary healthy and physically fit. While I have complete confidence in my physician an always defer to his judgment, I m hesitant to accept the EKG findings as benign. Am I being paranoid or sensible and, if the latter, what is the suggested course of action?

most of the time RBBB (RIGHTH BUNDE BRANCH BLOCK) is absolutely physiological orbenign or rarely pathological.
until you have no problem with your heart rate or blood pressure or no regional wall abnormalities with good left ventricular function, do not worry.
if you really feel this condition is disturbing you, you can as well go for a second opinion for your satisfaction.
