Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My echocardiogram showed pumping function OK, ejection fraction 64%, aortic stem and aortic valve dilation, two leaky valves and two inefficient valves. Scared to death and doctor unavailable for 14 days following echo cardiogram and nuclear stress test, which showed no blockage. recent EKG showed inverted t-waves, big change from previous test. 73 year old woman on 100 mg. Metoprolol EX and Losartan 75. mg. 113 lbs, 5 2 History of tachycardia. BP down to 130/80 with meds. DASH diet and regular aerobic exercise. Never overweight. family history of heart disease & stroke. Thyroid disease for 40+ years
All the given test results seem to be a normal one and certain minimal changes whatever is there as long as the heart valve is concern that could be due to age only. Actually, it has to be correlated with the clinical symptoms that you have but you have not stated that you are doing well as long as the tests are concerned and no need to worry about this.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.\

Dr. Akhtarhusain,
