What Does This ESR Level Of 58mm/hr Indicate?

Hi Doctor, My son, 7 years old has an ESR of 58mm/hr . Could you please let us know the significance. All other blood count values are normal. Recently he was down with a fever. His WBC count was 26200 cells/cumm. He was given Augmentin for 5 days, 4 ml twice a day as per the doctors advice. After 5 days now the blood test showed the above ESR of 58 and WBC of 10700 cells/cumm. Please advice.
