What Does This Echo Test Result For Heart Indicate?

Hi, I am prabir kumar das, my relative is suffering from cardio problem. As per doctor s advice It is found RWMA as described, Normal LV cavity size, Normal systolic function, Mild tricuspid regulation. PASP of 31 mmHg, mild pericardial effusion . I would like to know what is the actual problem and what is the mode of solution?

with this report you should consult cardiologist. can have ECG.the problem is cardiac and have to go for specific treatment and may have to go for surgery.it is a serous condition may have to go for urgent treatment with diuretics and long acting penicillin.
