Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

There is thickness in the aortic valve (Rheumatic). Due to inflammation in most of cases, that leads to mild dysfunction of the valve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Salah Saad Shoman, Internal Medicine Specialist
