What Does This FNAB Report Indicate?

A FNA of reptroperitoneal lymph node reads Smears are highly cellular comprising of discrete atypical lymphoid cells showing nucleomegaly with irregular nuclear membrane, conspicuous nucleoli and scant cytoplasm, some of which have fine vacuolation in them. Epithelioid cell granuloma are not present. what does this means? Does it confirm lymphoma?
