hi
I have understood your concern

1.reactive adenitis means enlargement of lymphnode secondary to viral or bacterial infection or inflammatory conditions.
2.it is TB , because in TB it shows caressing granuloma with gaint epitheloid cells
3. it's not cancer , it shows malignant cells with high mitotic index.

I am suspecting that you have throat inflammation and that is the cause of your nodes.

no need to worry .

you may have simple viral syndrome.

I can suggest you to get done
1. hemogram
2.LFT
3. RFT

take rest
plenty of oral fluids
avoid cold food items.

hole this helps you
any further questions please let me know
thanks
