What Does This HCG Level During 14 Weeks Pregnancy Indicate?

Hello my hcgb is 37.60 ng/ml . I am 14 week pregnant and this test results were taken at mt 12 weeks. How can I convert itvin miu/ml and is this a good level of hcg. As I am on progesterone suppositories. Please help. Should I continue with progestrone my entire pregnancy.
