What Does This HCV Viral Load Test Report Indicate?
Results today of HCV viral load over 4 million. Feeling very ill. ?Too late to treat? HCV 1st dx 1994. My ins. wouldn,t pay for tx but now my Medicaid should starting in Nov. Have upcoming appt. w/infection control specialist but I ordered my own viral load etc. (the strain is from Australia) Please advise...

It is not too late to treat. The new medications work for many people with less side effects than previous medications. See a liver specialist as soon as possible.
