Hi,

The given report of hysterosalpingography (HSG) is suggestive of a normal uterine shape, and the injected dye spills freely out from the ends of the fallopian tube which is considered to be a normal study. Anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) is a hormone produced by the ovarian follicles which estimates the number of follicles inside the ovaries, and therefore, the woman’s egg count.

A typical AMH level for a fertile woman is 1.0–4.0 ng/ml; under 1.0 ng/ml is considered low and indicative of a diminished ovarian reserve. The AMH level of your wife (1.18) is within the normal range. Yes, she will be able to conceive if your semen analysis is also within the normal limits.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
