What Does This HSG Result Indicate?

Good evening, I am to go into surgey - myomectomy &/ hysterectomy. I want a second opinion.
My HSG reads results: Uterus elongates and there is distension of the uterine cavity. Scalloping of uterine cavity suggest uterine fibroids. Neither fallopian tube demonstrated indicating corneal obstruction of both tubes.
