What Does This HSG Test Report Indicate?

Hsg test -plain film-No bone, joint or soft tissue abnormality. Contrast, uterus normal in size and shape. No marginal irregularities or filling defects seen. Both fallopian tubes visualised..evident bilateral intraperitoneal contrast spillage. Focal perifimbrial contrast collection seen in the right.. I have earlier been diagonised of PCOS..how do I conceive please?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The HSG report you have posted seems to be alright.
The urerine cavity does not show any defects. Also both the Fallopian tube is anatomically normal and patent.
Since there is no problem with uterus and Fallopian tube, you need to take proper medications to be treated for PCOS, which you have been diagnosed earlier.
You don't have to worry much as once you take proper treatment for PCOS, your cycles will become regular and you will start ovulating in time. That will improve the chances of conceiving.
