General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
After going through your HSG report, the following things can be noted:
1. Uterine cavity and uterus is normal with respect to size and contour.
2. Right Fallopian tube appears to be better as the course till the ovaries is normal. But since there is no peritoneal spill, it appears that there is a block in the beginning of of it.
3. Left Fallopian tube is not visualized because there is a block in it.
It could be concluded that right tube has a partial or near complete block and left tube is totally blocked.
In such cases, it is better you plan for Invitro Fertilization (IVF) procedure, if you are planning for a baby.
Hope this information is useful. All the best.
