What Does This Holter Test Result In A Heart Patient Indicate?

72 year old male ex smoker Copd 40% lung function, double by-pass 2 years ago 35% heart function and now halter test shows many pvcs. Cardiologist says no treatment. Patient not willing to give up. Exercises daily, active with family and friends, lives on his own. Should he seek a second opinion ? If so where, he drives and lives in buffalo ny area.

well pvcs can be managed if it is isolated pvc but now with the existing co morbidity it maybe difficult to treat further
