What Does This LFT Report Indicate?

Hi, Recently i have done blood test where in LFT AST is 72 and ALT is 92. I have consulted 2 doctors. First doctor said its Liver Enzyme and given me Liveril syrup and told its liver damage. Then i consulted second doctor he said its fatty liver (After Sonography) and given me Evicon and Estuchol 300 and told me not to take liveril. Now i am confused i should go with whom?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have not said anything about the symptoms and not even stated anything for what the test being done, if no symptoms are there then it is nothing to worry, some time it may be viral infection and it will be fine soon, and as a matter of fact the tests need to be correlate with clinical condition hope this information helps.
